Thank you for shopping on our website! This Shipping Policy details our order processing procedures, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and related information to ensure you have a clear understanding of your order's delivery status. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
After you place an order on our independent site, we will process your order within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Order processing includes order verification, inventory check, quality inspection, and packaging.
Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send a notification email to your registered email address, which includes a tracking number (if applicable) for you to check the delivery status.
Note: During peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Cyber Monday) or promotional periods, order processing may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days due to high order volume. We will notify you in advance if there is any significant delay.
2. Shipping Method
We provide standard shipping to meet all order needs, with specific details as follows:
Standard Shipping (Only Shipping Method): Applicable to all regular orders, stable and reliable, and it is our only shipping method.
U.S. Domestic Shipping: FREE standard shipping on all orders.
Shipping Timeline Display on Product Page:Detailed shipping timelines will be clearly displayed in the product description section on each product page. The displayed timeline corresponds to the warehouse where the product is stored (U.S. warehouse or China warehouse). For products stored in the U.S. warehouse, the product page will show the domestic U.S. delivery timeline; for products stored in the China warehouse, the product page will show the international delivery timeline. This allows you to check the exact delivery time of each product before adding it to your cart.
Whether an order is eligible for domestic delivery or international delivery will be clearly displayed on the product detail page and before checkout.
Warehouse Information: We have two warehouses in the U.S. — Warehouse 8 and Warehouse 15, as well as warehouses in China. Order shipment will be arranged based on the actual warehouse where your selected products are stored. Products will be shipped from the corresponding warehouse where they are located.
Shipping fees for all orders (including international orders shipped from China Warehouse) are completely FREE.
Important Note for Mixed Orders: If you purchase products from both the U.S. warehouse and the China warehouse in the same order, the checkout page will only display the delivery time of the U.S. warehouse by default. We are unable to split the order display, but we will separately fill in the tracking numbers for the U.S. warehouse products and China warehouse products in the background when arranging logistics. Please note that products shipped from the China warehouse are international shipments, and their delivery time will be relatively slower than that of products shipped from the U.S. warehouse (see Section 3 for specific delivery time standards).
U.S. Carriers: Our cooperating delivery carriers are UNIUNI, GOFO, and USPS, ensuring efficient delivery of orders within the U.S.
3. Estimated Delivery Time (Delivery Confirmation Time)
The estimated delivery time (delivery confirmation time) is calculated from the day the order is shipped (not the order placement date), and the specific time varies by delivery region and the warehouse where the product is located. The standard estimated timelines are as follows (excluding order processing time), which are consistent with the timelines displayed on the product page:
Domestic U.S. Delivery (Shipped from U.S. Warehouse)
Standard Shipping:3-7 business days
Overseas Delivery (Shipped from China Warehouse, Outside the U.S.)
Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
Shipping fees for international orders (shipped from China Warehouse) will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and volume.
Important Notes:
International orders (shipped from China Warehouse) may be subject to customs clearance delays, which are beyond our control. Customs duties, taxes, or other related fees are the responsibility of the buyer (we do not cover such fees).
Delivery time may be extended due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or local postal delays. We will promptly notify you via email in case of any unexpected delays. The shipping timeline displayed on the product page is an estimate and does not include potential delays caused by the above factors.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes unique tracking numbers and tracking links for each warehouse’s products (if you have purchased products from both U.S. and China warehouses, you will receive two tracking numbers corresponding to the two warehouses respectively).
You can also check your order status by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our independent site and entering your order number and email address.
Order tracking information may be updated within 24-48 hours after shipment, allowing you to keep track of the delivery progress in real time.
5. Failed Delivery & Redelivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect delivery address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to sign for the package, the carrier will attempt redelivery within 2-3 business days.
If the second delivery attempt also fails, the package will be returned to the corresponding warehouse (U.S. warehouse for products shipped from U.S. warehouse, China warehouse for products shipped from China warehouse). We will contact you via email within 3 business days to confirm the following:
Redelivery: Additional shipping fees may apply, and we will reship the package once the fee is paid.
Refund: If you do not wish to have the package redelivered, we will process a full refund (excluding the original shipping fee).
If we do not receive your reply within 7 business days, we will automatically process a refund for your order.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver to most countries and regions around the world. However, due to shipping restrictions, customs bans, logistics limitations, and courier delivery area restrictions, the following regions are temporarily not eligible for delivery:
Restricted areas within the U.S.: Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii (unable to deliver due to courier delivery area restrictions)
Remote areas (e.g., some islands, mountainous regions)
Regions with war, natural disasters, or political instability
Regions where our cooperating carriers do not provide services
If your delivery address is in a restricted area, we will notify you via email within 1 business day and process a full refund for your order.
7. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update, modify, or adjust this Shipping Policy at any time. All changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of our independent site and purchase of products constitute your acceptance of the revised Shipping Policy.
