Where does Pet Mico ship?

We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
What is your estimated delivery time?

Allow 1–3 business days for processing. Estimated delivery, including processing, is 4–10 business days for products fulfilled from a U.S. warehouse and 8–18 business days for products fulfilled from an overseas warehouse.

Which brand and packaging will I receive?

Pet Mico is an independent online retailer of YEGBONG and EelJoy products. The brand shown on each product page is the brand customers will receive. Pet Mico is not the manufacturer or an official brand store unless expressly stated.
Can product packaging change?

Manufacturers may make minor packaging-design updates, but the product brand, model, quantity, and specifications will remain consistent with the product listing. We do not substitute a different brand. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at service@petmico.com.
