Where does Pet Mico ship?

We mainly ship to the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We currently do not ship to other countries or regions.

What is your estimated delivery time?

Delivery time starts counting from the ship date, not the order date.

- US orders (shipped from US warehouse): 3–7 business days

- Overseas orders (shipped from China warehouse): 7–15 business days

International orders may be delayed by customs. Any duties, taxes, or fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery can also be extended by weather, transport issues, or local postal delays.

Why did I receive a product with a different logo or manufacturer packaging?

While we market these items under the Pet Mico curated collection, some products may arrive in their original professional manufacturer packaging to reduce waste and avoid unnecessary re-boxing. What is your return policy if I’m not satisfied?

We stand behind our curated selection 100%. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Perishable, intimate/sanitary, hazardous, or flammable goods are not returnable.
