Returns

Within 30 Days - You must return your product within 30 days of purchase:

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. The refund will be credited back to your bank account via the original payment method within 7-15 days after approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@petmico.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email with valid photo proof to service@petmico.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to: service@petmico.com

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $68, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
