U.S. return location: All approved returns are sent to an authorized United States return location. The complete return address and instructions will be provided after approval.

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, preference, or size-selection returns. Pet Mico covers authorized return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
