- US Warehouse: 3-7 business days (US addresses), tracking sent in 24-48hrs after shipping.

- Overseas Warehouse: 7-15 business days (US addresses), tracking sent in 1-3 business days after ordering.

- Mixed Warehouse Order Notice: If your order contains items from both the U.S. warehouse and overseas warehouse, only the U.S. warehouse delivery time will be displayed by default at checkout. The system cannot show separate delivery times for dual warehouses. We will generate and upload independent tracking numbers for U.S. and overseas orders separately in the background, and the packages will be shipped and delivered individually. Please note that items shipped from the overseas warehouse will have a longer transit time.

- Once we approve your return, we will provide return instructions.

- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
